Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026
This policy explains what personal data SuiteIntelligence (“we”, “us”) collects through suiteintelligence.in, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We aim to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR.
Who we are
SuiteIntelligence provides NetSuite consulting services. For any data protection question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at support@suiteintelligence.in. We will tell you the identity of the data controller on request.
What we collect
- Health assessment: your answers about your NetSuite account, your score, and the contact details you enter (name, work email, phone, company, timeline and budget range).
- Consultation requests and enquiries: your name, work email, phone, company, the time you chose and what you want to discuss.
- Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To show you your assessment results and follow up on them.
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and prepare proposals.
- To deliver work you have engaged us for, and to invoice for it.
- To send occasional NetSuite tips if you ticked that box. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and stores consultation and enquiry form submissions on servers in the United States.
- Supabase stores health assessment submissions.
- Our email provider stores correspondence and sends any emails we send you.
- Slack receives a notification when a new assessment is submitted, so we can respond quickly.
- WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to contact us there.
Some of these providers store data outside India, including in the United States and the EU. We only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards.
Client NetSuite data
Data we access inside your NetSuite account during an engagement is governed by our contract or NDA with you, not by this website policy. We use read-only roles where possible, keep no copies after the engagement ends unless you ask us to, and never use one client's data for another client.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and assessments that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project and billing records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, complete or delete the personal data we hold about you; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable format; or to withdraw consent for emails at any time. Under India's DPDP Act you may also nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated. Email support@suiteintelligence.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
